The bench mark is a disk set in the concrete bulkhead at the rip-rap north of the tunnel air exchange building, 13.90 m (45.6 ft) north of the north face of the air exchange building, 7.01 m (23.0 ft) ENE of the center of a 0.70 m (2.3ft) diameter manhole cover, 4.63 m (15.2 ft) west of the green navigation light,0.61 m (2.0 ft) south of the north edge of the bulkhead, and 0.3 m (1 ft) west of the Paul De Grasse dedication monument. |
